Whether you ordered a custom leather jacket or one of our signature collection coats, we aim to ensure your shopping experience remains as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Cancellation Timeline & Fees

You may request to cancel your order within the specific timeframes detailed below:

Within 24 Hours

Full Refund / Free Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at no penalty within 24 hours of confirmation. To initiate a cancellation, please email us immediately at info@styleshells.com.

24 to 48 Hours

10% Processing Fee

Cancellations requested between 24 and 48 hours after order placement will incur a 10% fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

After 48 Hours

35% Deduction Fee

If cancellation is requested after 48 hours, a 35% deduction will apply as production and material allocation will already be underway.

Important Note: Once production is finalized or an order passes the initial preparation stage, cancellations can no longer be processed. Additionally, a non-refundable 5% payment gateway processing fee applies to all cancellations, as financial institutions non-refundably charge this fee during transaction processing.

Cancellation Exceptions

Certain conditions restrict or prevent order cancellations:

Orders Shipped or In-Transit: Once an order has been dispatched or cleared through customs, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the package in accordance with our 30-day Return Policy upon arrival for a refund.
Priority Expedited Orders: Once a priority order is placed and sizing details are confirmed by our support team, the order enters immediate fast-track manufacturing and cannot be cancelled.
Shipped Orders: Orders that have already left our fulfillment warehouse cannot be cancelled in transit. You are welcome to utilize our 30-day money-back guarantee by returning the unopened item to our warehouse after delivery.
