Standard items are typically delivered within 15 working days. Custom or made-to-order jackets require up to 20 business days due to individual tailor fitting.
Custom tailored jackets and unique full-custom designs require a production lead time of approximately 3 weeks before final dispatch.
Every jacket is hand-crafted by experienced leather artisans. Because items are made to order, subtle variations in leather tone, stitching, or lining may occur, making each jacket unique.
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders submitted after Friday evening or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Tracking details are emailed immediately upon dispatch.
For added security, we recommend signature-on-delivery. If signature requirements are waived or unattended packages are left by couriers per customer instructions, full delivery responsibility transfers to the recipient.
To keep international shipping costs minimal and affordable, items are packed in compact, heavy-duty mailer bags. Caution: Please do not use sharp blades or knives when opening parcel packages to avoid damaging the leather.
International shipments are delivered under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. Any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs office prior to ordering.
In accordance with EU regulations, orders shipped to EU member countries are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) and local customs clearance procedures, which remain the responsibility of the importer/customer.
